Thanks to your blog assignments I ended up setting up and implementing a Payroll Memo blog for the company I work for.
Basically for what was put in the snail mail every week for 50 employees will now be posted to our company’s new blog at http://tdeinc.blogspot.com/. This will save us paper, envelopes, and ink, time spent for preparing all this and money spent on postage every week (almost $1,200 a year on postage only). It will offer more interaction as employees will be required to make comments on the posted blog entries every week. This will assure us that they understand topics discussed and will allow them to ask questions if needed.
I made this blog open to invited readers only to assure privacy of company’s policies and data that are going to be discussed there. I can have up to 100 readers allowed (which is plenty for a company size of 50).
